Dominique Chen lives and works in Brisbane, Australia. She is completing postgraduate study at Griffith University (Queensland College of Art) where she also tutors in visual art. Dominique is a proud Kamilaroi woman and is passionate about communicating ideas of culture and environment through her work. She has spent the last eight years working in the corporate arts sector, as well as the not-for-profit sector facilitating photography, multimedia and social enterprise initiatives in remote Aboriginal communities. She is currently working on a local history project exploring the intersections between place, memory and environmental change.
